Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Time
Our average shipping time is 8–10 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen. Averin is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
